Terms and Conditions for Supportlly Freelancer Marketplace

1. Introduction: Supportlly is an online marketplace owned by Dreamslly Pvt Ltd, a company based in Jaipur, India. The platform provides a platform for freelancers to offer their services and for clients to find and hire freelancers for their projects.

2. Services: Supportlly only provides a platform for employers to connect with freelancers. 

3. Eligibility: To use Supportlly, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the right to work in the jurisdiction in which you reside, and be able to form legally binding contracts.

4. User Accounts: User Account: To use Supportlly’s platform, you need not create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information.

5. User Conduct: You agree not to use Supportlly for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to posting or transmitting any harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content. You also agree not to post any false or misleading information or to engage in any activities that would interfere with the functioning of Supportlly.

6. Payments: Supportlly does not offer any email conversations or payment transactions. All communication and payment arrangements must be made between the employer and freelancer directly. Freelancers are responsible for setting their own prices and ensuring that they receive payment from clients in a timely manner. Supportlly does not guarantee payment to freelancers and does not act as an agent for either party.

7. Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises between a freelancer and a client, supportlly is not responsible for resolving disputes and does not guarantee that disputes will be resolved to either party’s satisfaction.

8. Termination: Either party may terminate their relationship with Supportlly at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these terms and conditions will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supportlly and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Supportlly.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Supportlly reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of Supportlly following any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

12. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Supportlly and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings between you and Supportlly.

13. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from the use of Supportlly’s platform must be resolved through arbitration in Jaipur, India.
